2 Queen bedroom suites with ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, LCD cable TV and radio/alarms. One with pillow top, one with plush mattress. One with DVD and the other with a blu-ray player

2 twin bedrooms.  Both with cable TV. One bedroom also has a DVD player.  Both have ceiling fans.

There is a selection of toys for our younger guests.

3 bathrooms

The 3rd (family) bathroom is conveniently positioned between the 2 twin bedded rooms

2 living areas

Lounge/dining room with 2 comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater). 

For your convenience there is a PC with high speed broadband connection which is FREE for your use.  Wi-fi is also available if you prefer to bring your own notebook/laptop. There is also a CD player.

Family room again there are two comfortable sofas (2 seater, 3 seater).  There is also a 46" HD LCD flat screen cable TV with hundreds of channels to choose from.  A blu-ray player with a large selection of DVDs and blu-ray discs.  Numerous family board games are also supplied.  Sliding doors lead from this beautiful room to the pool deck.  The doors can be alarmed for added security if you have young children among your party.

Kitchen/breakfast area

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher.  All cutlery, crockery, glassware and plastic bowls, cups (for use in the pool area)are provided.  There is also a good range of cooking equipment for those who like to self cater.  As well as the formal dining table in the lounge area, there is also a table and chairs in the kitchen area.

Private swimming pool & hot tub

Our screened pool area has the benefit of wonderful views across the golf course.  Safety fencing is provided, around the pool to protect young children.  The hot tub has adjustable jets, adjustable temperature control, coloured "mood" lights and a waterfall feature.  Heating is available for the pool

Games area

Pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and electronic darts game.  The darts have safe plastic points.

Laundry Facilities

Our home is equipped with full laundry facilities including a washing machine, separate drier, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets in all bedrooms and a clothes line in the garage to dry off all your swimming stuff
